The way the lots are broken up and the design they went for map view, it all seems like it would have worked very well for multiplayer, in a similar kind of way that Simcity's multiplayer worked.Įach "player" in the neighborhood would control a household (or multiple households), and changes in the family/house would be reflected to anyone else playing in that neighborhood. I've been playing The Sims 4 for the past few days now, and I can't help but feel that the game was originally designed to be a multiplayer game (like Simcity). ![]()
